Initial Appointments: $100

Please allow up to two hours for a complete intake and treatment.

Follow-up Appointments: $80 

These sessions last approximately 1 hour.

I accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Insurance  

I am in network with and will bill Premera and Lifewise.  

Some plans include coverage for out of network providers. Check with your insurance carrier. 

For those carriers that do not accept out of network providers, I will provide you with a bill you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, or to apply to your deductible.
